I don't know of any window that takes over the display any more like that - years ago the Windows Task Manager used to do it (Ctrl-Alt-Esc), but even it does not do it any more. So now you cannot leave that window up to review reminders, you have to minimize it and hopefully not forget about them. The difference is, if the Reminders Window is UP, and there are active reminders or appointments in there to be dismissed etc., it will stay in the foreground no matter what - it will usurp the desktop from any andĮvery other window, staying on top of all of them.
